Roof Extension Options
VELUX – This option is ideally suited for the smaller Loft Conversion such as a single bedroom with adequate height availability in the existing Loft space. Velux Roof Windows allow 30% more light in.

DORMER – A Dormer conversion can more than double the roof space and maintains full headroom throughout the new space as the extension projects out from the roof.  If required the walls will be matched (to the best match possible) to the existing walls.

MANSARD extensions are popular for terraced houses and flat roofed property as they create maximum height and space.  Generally a mansard style loft conversions will be constructed with brick sides with 72 degree slope to the front wall.
